sew, (sic)......it was lotties turn to smell the roses,..

my daughter, Lottie has her end of year concert tomorrow,.. and she asked me for something 'pretty, with roses on it' to wear.


so,...I whipped her up a little cotton dress with some vintage fabric scraps.


she then demanded a photo shoot,.. complete with props! (not her mothers daughter at all!)


on looking at the images, two things became apparent.  the first being that she is very, very cute,..  and the second being that I need much more sewing practice!

still,...girlie fabrics, and vintage buttons are a winning combination,.
